HILO AIRE HVAC SYSTEM SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating in the Hilo Aire HVAC System Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Hilo Aire (“Sponsor”), are final in all respects.
ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on April 27, 2024, at 12:00 AM PST and ends on September 1, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to homeowners residing in the service areas of Hilo Aire who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and possess a valid home address within the zip codes serviced by Hilo Aire. Employees of Hilo Aire, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household as employees are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO ENTER: Limit of ten (10) entries per person during the Entry Period using any or all of the following methods:
Form Application: Visit here and complete a Sweepstakes application form. (Counts as ONE entry)
HVAC Maintenance Booking: Book a HVAC maintenance service within the Sweepstakes period for an additional TWO entries.
Home and Garden Show: Visit the Hilo Aire booth at the Home and Garden Show and fill out an entry form. (Counts as ONE entry)
Mail-In Entry: Send an index card with your full name, address, phone number, and email to Hilo Aire HVAC System Sweepstakes, [Hilo Aire’s mailing address], postmarked within the Entry Period. Each card counts as ONE entry; multiple entries must be mailed separately.
HVAC Installation: Automatically receive TEN entries by booking and completing an HVAC system installation before the end of the promotional period. If the entrant wins the Sweepstakes, they may be eligible for a refund up to $10,000 in value.
PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a Lennox HVAC system valued at up to $10,000. Prize includes installation costs. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
WINNER SELECTION: The Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on or about September 2, 2024.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified by email or phone. If the potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days from the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits the prize.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, entrants grant permission for Sponsor to use their names, photographs, and likeness for advertising and promotion without compensation, unless prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Hilo Aire is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Entrant agrees that any and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the state where the Sponsor’s principal place of business is located.
PRIVACY POLICY: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Hilo Aire website.
SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Hilo Aire, 26382 Ruether Ave, Santa Clarita, CA 91350.
AGREEMENT: Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
