Step by Step to get Lennox Promotions
Step 1: Upload Your Purchase Details
- Click on “Apply for Rebate.”
- Verify you’re not a robot by checking the captcha box.
- Select “Add Invoice Image” and locate a copy of your invoice. Accepted formats include jpg, png, or pdf.
- Input the Invoice Number.
- Detail the products bought with their serial numbers. To include more items, select “Add a Product.”
- Fill in the Purchase and Installation Dates.
- Provide the name of your Participating Dealer and confirm by matching their name, street address, city, and state/province.
- Proceed by clicking “Next.”
Step 2: Confirm Your Promotion Details
At the beginning of the Promotion Details page, you’ll find the eligible promotion and the estimated rebate amounts for the products you’ve entered. If the expected rebate doesn’t appear:
- Verify the accuracy of the product names and serial numbers you’ve entered.
- Ensure your purchase dates align with the eligibility period for purchase, installation, and submission.
- Confirm that the entered products qualify for the anticipated rebate.
Should issues persist, please reach out to your participating Lennox dealer for assistance.
After ensuring the rebate amount is as expected, please confirm your contact details, including name, email, and postal address. Your prepaid Visa card will be sent to this address. A valid email is necessary for receiving updates and tracking your rebate status.
Proceed by clicking “Next” and review your information for accuracy on the Review page. If everything is correct, agree to the program terms and conditions by ticking the appropriate box and click “Submit.” Remember to note your Rebate ID for tracking purposes. A confirmation email, including your Rebate ID, will also be sent to you.
